What do I need to place an order?
You will need the following to place an order:

* Your Pupillary Distance PD
* A preferred and suitable frame from our collections
Can I get replacement nose pads?
Sure, Just call them or contact them, have an online chat with them, or email them, identifying your order number and frame model number. They will be happy to send you replacement nose pads at no charge.
What can I do if I want to cancel my order?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please get into contact with their customer service via email or phone within 12 hours after successfully paying for the order. If the glasses have been assembled or in the process of being assembled, they may not be canceled and certain charges may be applied depending on the extent of assembling. Your lens once produced cannot be recycled since it is produced according to your prescription. They respect the timely delivery of your orders and hence, the production of your glasses in the quickest possible time without compromising on quality is their hallmark.
What is your exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange your item for a new item with a higher or lower value they will either refund the difference or notify you of the additional payment required. Only one exchange is permitted per item ordered. Exchanged items returned will only be subject to a refund for the price of the frame, lenses will be non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
ABBE Glasses provides a 14-day product warranty so that customers can unequivocally exchange or return goods without question. Their 90-day product warranty means that customers are eligible to replace damaged frames for free within 3 months. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the frame, lens, or coating. The product warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, or improper care. Please refer to the specific terms of the detailed return privileges and refund policy.
