Do you offer a free trial?
They know you wouldn’t buy a new car without test driving it first, so that’s why ABCmouse offers free trials to new subscribers. During your free trial period, you’ll get the full ABCmouse experience, just like any other paid subscriber would.
In order to start your free trial, you’ll need to sign up first. They do require payment details upfront, but you won’t be charged until the end of your trial period. Having this information on file helps create a seamless transition into a paid subscription if you choose to continue.
The length of your free trial period depends on the subscription that you’re signing up for. Trial lengths for their plans and add-ons are subject to change and don’t reflect any special promotional offers. Please note that any add-on or promotional offer may be billed immediately, and the time will be added to your trial subscription.
Why is there a subscription fee to access the site/app?
ABCmouse is not supported by any advertising. They are a 100% child-safe environment, so children are never exposed to any content that may not be appropriate, and there are no links for children to click on that may take them to other sites on the internet.
Their subscription fee allows them to maintain their website/app and be able to continue to produce new content and features that are added to the site weekly. They have done their best to make their site/app as affordable as possible for all, which is why they allow parents and caregivers to add up to three children per account. They appreciate your support in helping them keep their site/app distraction-free!
