AGMES accept payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Do you ship Internationally?
AGMES ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
What if I need my order sooner?
If you have a rush order, please email them at [email protected]
and they will be happy to work with you. Most of their pieces are made to order so they cannot guarantee that they will have your piece in stock upon ordering. If they do have your piece in stock, your order will ship much sooner.
What if I don’t see my size?
As they are a small business, they are only offering whole sizes for rings at this moment. AGMES will continue to expand their range over time and it is important to them that their customers are happy. If your finger is half the size and you do not see it available, please contact them at [email protected]
prior to placing your order so they can determine if your ring can be special ordered.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
What if my AGMES jewellery needs to be repaired?

to inquire. Please note each case is unique, and once they know the details of your repair they can better advise. You will need to pay for shipping the piece back to them for repair, and it may take 2 - 4 weeks.
