Can I change my delivery address?
You can create several delivery addresses in your customer account. You shall choose the address before payment. Once your order is paid, the delivery address cannot be changed on Alexandre de Paris website. However, if you chose DHL, you can change the address directly on their website through MyDHL service. At the moment, this service is not available with Colissimo.
What to do if I receive an item different from what I ordered?
Alexandre de Paris give great care to preparing each order. However, it might happen that they unwillingly skip one product: they are deeply thankful for your understanding and patience. Please reach out to their customer service through the contact form. They will get in touch as of its receipt.
How to cancel an order?
After check-out and payment, it is no longer possible to change or cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to Alexandre de Paris customer service through the contact form.
If I return an item, when will I be refunded?
After Alexandre de Paris receive and accept your return, the average delay to get your refund ranges from 2 to 7 working days. The refund will go through the original payment method used for purchase or through issuing a coupon, valid on our e-boutique exclusively. The original shipping costs will be refunded only for the return of a full order.
How can I return an item?
You can change your mind: within 14 working days from the delivery date, you can return an item. Return shipment fees are on you. In case an order is thoroughly returned, the first shipment costs will be included in the refund. Products have to be returned in their original packaging and shall not have been worn.
