Alpha Hosting accepts Credit Card, PayPal, and Mail-in Check Payments.
What is the cancellation process?
They want to be sure they’ve done everything they can to make your experience a great one, so if you do want to cancel your account with them, they ask you to provide a reason for canceling. This way they can take any input you’d like to give them to improve service for their customers. To cancel a service, please follow the instructions below:
Please open a ticket at least three days before your service renewal date and provide the information below regarding your request for cancellation.

Please note that their billing department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
What if my order was marked as ‘Fraud’?
While Alpha Hosting would like to make the order process as easy as possible, some orders may be flagged as “fraud”. As Alpha Hosting processes all transactions online, they have two very strict methods of fraud detection in place. If your order has been flagged as “fraud”, here are some things to try:
* You can try adjusting the phone number on file in your client area and re-ordering services using their phone pin verification system.
* You can log out of your client area, and re-order services (this time creating a new client account) and selecting “PayPal” as your payment method.
* You can scan a copy of the front and back of the credit card on file, photo ID, and a signed copy of the invoice and send it as an attachment via support ticket. They’ll be able to then manually push this through.

How do I change the Account Name or Company Name?
In order to maintain account security, the current primary account holder must submit a support ticket requesting the primary name or company name be changed.

What happens if I violate my TOS?
Your account will be suspended immediately and you will be notified about the incident. If this is your second offense, they will have to terminate your account and you will receive no refund on it. However, they will try to work with you quickly and professionally to get your account unsuspended.
