What payment methods do you accept?
Alucia Organics accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
When will my order dispatch?
Alucia Organics dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, and aim to dispatch all orders received before 15:00 UK time on the same working day, although this may sometimes take longer. Orders received at weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Can I exchange the item?
Alucia Organics only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at [email protected]

What is your return policy?
Alucia Organics policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only exception to this is if the item is damaged or defective. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, Alucia Organics will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Alucia Organics will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
