Why isn’t my discount code working?
Because Alzheimer’s Society‘s discount codes are case-sensitive, double-check that you’ve entered the correct code. Alzheimer’s Society‘s offers are only good for a limited time, so double-check that they are still available.
How do I use a discount code?
You must enter a discount code or voucher at the shopping basket stage to use it. Please enter the code exactly as it appears on the screen, keeping in mind that codes are case sensitive. Discounts are applied to total expenditures on the purchasing basket page.
How can I place an order?
You can order online, by phone at 03001240900 or using their postal order form. When completed the order form should be sent to Alzheimer’s Trading Limited, PO Box 637, Wetherby Road, York, YO26 0DQ.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be processed promptly and they would expect to deliver in 3 to 5 days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Some products are despatched direct from the supplier and may take longer to arrive, however, they aim to make all deliveries within the above time frames.
Where is my order?
Deliveries can be tracked by signing into your account and then following the tracking link contained in your order. Normally you will receive an email within a couple of hours confirming your order. If you haven’t received an email after this time please email alzheimers@mosaic-fs.co.uk or call on 03001240900 who will be able to assist you.
Can I cancel an online order?
In some circumstances they may be able to cancel your order, so please call them on 03001240900. However, if you’ve received email confirmation that your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow their returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
How long will it take to get a refund?
They’ll credit your debit or credit card within 10 days of them receiving the returned product. Ensure you obtain proof of postage from your post office and retain it until they have received your item and actioned the refund.

The revenues from the things Alzheimer’s Society sell through Alzheimer’s Society‘s online shops, such as Christmas cards, branded products, presents, and assistive products, are used entirely to benefit people with dementia.
What happens to my money?
Every gift or product purchased from the Alzheimer’s Society Online Shop goes towards supporting services like the National Dementia Helpline, Dementia Friends, and nearly 3,000 local support groups across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Why should I sign up for an account?
