Can I cancel the order?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day. On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and this is or will be delivered uniformly ;

Is it possible to activate the system using a smartphone?
Yes, you can arm/disarm the system via a browser, the online portal, or the app. With the online portal, you also have the option of changing all settings and viewing last triggers and photos, etc.
Where is the best place to place the alarm speaker?
The alarm loudspeaker should be installed in an adjoining room where the perpetrator is not when the alarm is triggered. It’s not about volume, it’s just about the perpetrator hearing a voice and dog barking.
How does access to the Alarmtab online portal work?
AMG operates its own servers, the access data for our server is stored in the control centres, the control centre connects directly to the server via the Internet and creates an account there. Part of this automatic installation is the customer’s own email address previously entered (this is unique in the world) and the password chosen by the customer. You can then log in to your account at any time via the online portal or the Bluetosec Controller app. Settings that you make in your online account are sent to your headquarters and made there. The goal was to finally get away from the complicated settings and software installations that other manufacturers use to this day.
