What payment method do you accept?
Attitude Clothing Co. accepts Master Card, Maestro, Visa, PayPal, Amazon pay, Sage pay, and American Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. They ship Internationally.
How can I return the item?
Returned items must be sent back within 28 days from you receiving the order and must be in a saleable condition. For example, they cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hair. Items should be returned unwashed in the original packaging and include all labels and tags attached. Footwear returns must include the box in the original condition, which must itself be packaged before returning. Please DO NOT attach the returns label directly to the box. They reserve the right to charge a $12.71 re-boxing fee if these conditions are not met. All items will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Due to hygiene reasons, they cannot accept returns of any of the following: Bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, earrings, body piercing items, cosmetics, or hair dye.
Can I change my address on an order?
You can change the delivery address before an order is despatched by going into your account and editing the open order. Please note they will send your order out to the exact delivery address given, once it leaves their warehouse we cannot make any changes to the address so please make sure it is correct and complete.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it. However, you are welcome to send it back subject to any exclusions including cosmetics and underwear which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please use the standard returns method.
Can I change my order before it is despatched?
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order it is not possible to change sizes or items on the system. If you contact them immediately they might be able to track your order down and change it for you but if it’s already been despatched this is not possible and you will have to send it back as a return.
