When should I place my order?
In order to maintain low prices and stay friendly to the environment, they make all of their dresses to order. This means it takes time to have your dresses made and then 1-10 business days to have it shipped out to you. Because of this, they recommend placing your order at least one month before you need it.
Can I return my custom dress?
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide during checkout, meaning no one else will be able to wear that dress once it’s done. Because of this, they are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses.
How can I make sure all of my dresses are the same colour?
Colour consistency is of utmost importance of course. However, there is a chance that there will be slight variations if one makes several orders at different times. Why? Basically, the fabric gets dyed in large batches, which helps keep things consistent for all dresses made in each batch.
What is the cancellation and changes policy?
You may cancel your order or request changes to it within 72 hours of placing it. If you need to cancel your order after the 72-hour cancellation period has passed, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and then request a return. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of shipping when they receive the order back in their warehouse and process it.

The item must be returned in its original condition within 10 days of its arrival to you. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached.
