Bailey Nelson accepts VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Genoapay, Laybuy, and Afterpay for all orders except contact lens subscriptions. Subscription orders require payment via credit card.

Your glasses will usually be ready within 7–10 business days (Mon-Fri), depending on your prescription and what you’ve ordered.

Each prescription is reviewed by their online dispensing team before processing to ensure it is correct and up-to-date. If there are any problems, they’ll get in touch with you at the email address provided on your order. Incomplete or incorrect information will unfortunately cause delays in their standard shipping times.

Once your items have shipped, you’ll receive an email with the parcel tracking number from Courier Post. While they do their best to ship as soon as possible, their delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. In the event of a delay at our processing lab, they’ll get in touch as soon as they are advised of it with an updated delivery estimate. During peak periods (such as Christmas) or sale periods, some delays may occur.

At Bailey Nelson, they are passionate about eyes and believe everyone is entitled to healthy eyes and great vision. For this reason, they offer affordable eye exam fees for their services, including a free comprehensive eye test in all stores with same-day glasses purchases (otherwise $30).
Bailey Nelson also offers a range of additional services such as OCT scans, OPTOS wide field retinal photography, and contact lens consultations for an additional fee where these are requested by their patients or recommended by their optometrists.

Their team reviews every order, and if they see something that is likely an error, they will get in touch. Otherwise, if you have an issue with your prescription, their team will request a copy of your valid prescription. If you don’t have access to it, the best option is to book an eye test in one of their stores, and they’ll update the glasses for you.

Each of their prescription products is custom-made just for you, and they tailor their experience to help you find the perfect pair. With that in mind, all custom prescription products are final sales. Vision is their top priority, so if you are concerned with your lenses, they will ensure to remake them for you within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are final, and no refund or exchange applies for change of mind (including - but not limited to, - colour, size, and/or style changes). Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products.

As contact lenses are a medical item, they aren’t able to provide a refund or exchange for opened boxes, whether they have been used or not. This includes the individual packets contained within the 90 day boxes.

Unfortunately, because contact lenses are a medical item, they are not able to accept returns for open boxes, even if the interior packets are still sealed. If you have received the wrong product, please let their team know immediately; they will advise you on how to return it to them and ensure the correct lenses are sent to you as soon as possible.
