What is the payment method?
Bandolier accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Shopify, Venom, AfterPay, AmozonPay, ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal.
What is the shipping policy?
All orders placed with standard shipping are processed to ship within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive another notification once your order has shipped. Overnight orders placed after 4 pm Eastern/1 pm Pacific are processed to ship the following business day. UPS overnight arrives next BUSINESS DAY (excludes weekends). UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. Flat rate shipping takes 4 to 6 business days once shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from them which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What’s your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns must include the original packing slip (or a print of the email confirmation). Circle the items being returned and a note that you are requesting a refund.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
