How can I track my order?
Once your order ships they will email you a shipping confirmation which will include your tracking information. Clicking that link will take you to your carrier’s tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve already placed it?
If you have placed an order but have not yet received an email saying your order has shipped, contact them and they will do their best to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If you are trying to make an exchange after you have placed your order but before it has shipped, they will cancel your order and have you re-order the new item you are wishing to purchase.
What is your return policy?
You may return an unused item in its original packaging including hang tags within 5 days after you place your order. If you have questions about returns or are unsatisfied with your items, please contact them.
How will I be refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
