HOW DO I PREORDER AN ITEM?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. The estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

[email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched you will no longer be able to cancel or modify your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and they aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, but during exceptionally busy periods such as their seasonal sale, there may be a slight delay.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
They offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased online or over the phone within 14 days of the date of delivery. In order to receive an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Please try items on with care. This means that is must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn, and unwashed. Items returned to them in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
