Bigasoft accepts all major Debit & Credit card.
I have not received my registration information. Why?
In some cases, there is a processing delay. In some other cases, people may have submitted the wrong email address. In rare cases, the registered users are unreachable due to invalid email account or email privacy filter software. Please feel free to email support@bigasoft.com. They will resend you the registration information soon.
What shall I do to purchase the Backup CD if I didn’t buy it with the software?
You can purchase the software with the Backup CD again. When you finish your second purchase, Bigasoft will refund your first order to you.
I lost my license code, can you send it again?
Sure. Please write to them at sales@bigasoft.com, and please enclose your order related information (such as Order ID, E-mail address and name you used when you purchased etc.) which will enable them to find your order in their database in time.
I get a new computer, what should I do to move the software I purchased to the new computer?
First please uninstall the software from your old computer. And then download the version you purchased from their website at http://www.bigasoft.com/downloads.html or use the CD you purchased to install it on your new one. Use the registration information you got before to register the full version.
