What if I receive defective items?
If you received an item that is damaged, Birthday in a Box will fix it - fast. Contact Customer Care within 14 days of the original order date, and Birthday in a Box will do everything they can to ensure you receive the replacement product(s) quickly.
How can I track my order?

What is your refund policy?
The following criteria must be met to be eligible for a refund:
*Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
*Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories. Check item restrictions below.
*Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.
*Birthday in a Box recommend using a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Birthday in a Box generally process returns within a week of receiving the product back. During the Halloween season, this process may take up to 4 weeks.
