What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, Blaiz do not accept returns on products that are of an intimate nature, such as earrings for pierced ears, lingerie, bodysuits or swimwear. If returned, the business at its discretion will return it back to the customer.
Blaiz do not accept returns on products that are not returned in the same condition as dispatched with all product packaging attached and undamaged.

Rest of World Returns
To return your product, you must send to the address listed on the invoice using the returns label provided. The cost of shipping the return is liable by the customer and is non-refundable. Alternatively, you can bring it into a BLAIZ store along with your original proof of purchase.
For returns, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee the safe return of the item. BLAIZ are not liable for any missing items.

All intimate items such as swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and earrings for pierced ears, as well as customised or special request orders, are subject to final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given on all orders shipped within the UK. To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be received within 14 days from the date of shipment, with original proof of purchase.
For orders shipped outside of the UK, refunds will only be given on full price items, to be eligible for a return the item(s) must be received within 30 days from the date of shipment, with original proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale and will be offered a credit note or exchange only if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
