Blooming Jelly accepts Visa, Master Card, Maestro, and PayPal.
How do I change/modify my order?
Please note that they can help you modify your order before shipment. It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address. Once your package shipped, they will not be able to change anything.
What if my order arrives damaged or there is a fault?
Whilst they hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact them immediately at
[email protected] How do I cancel an order?
There are two types of order cancellations.
*Canceling an unpaid order
Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your BMJL HOME account >> “My Orders” and click on the “Cancel Order” button. Your order will be canceled.
Canceling a paid order.
To cancel a paid order, you will need to submit a ticket by clicking the “My Tickets” button and send all the necessary information.
Here at BMJL HOME, they cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. Then please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact them to arrange a “return for refund”.

What items are non-refundable?
*Any item marked as “Final Sale”
* Sleepwear, Swimwear, sale items, gift cards.
Will I get a full refund for my return?
They will offer a full refund on all items you returned (exclude return shipping fee and unreturnable items). Coupon codes will not be refunded as monetary value. For US customers, your first return within 40 days after placing the order will be free.
Do I need to return the whole set?
The full set must be returned (top and bottom). They cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
How soon will I get my refund?
The refund will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the original payment account per your request.
