What is the status of my delivery?
You can keep an eye on the journey of your parcel thanks to the track and trace link you have received. For standard delivery, you will receive an email by FedEx which will show all of the international steps of your parcel and by clicking on “view more tracking” you will be able to check the updates by Hermes.
Can I change the delivery date or time?
No, this is unfortunately not possible.
My package is damaged, what can I do?
They are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged parcel. Please contact their customer service with pictures of the issue and they will gladly help you further.
My package seems to be missing, what can I do?

What is Body & Fit return policy?
You retain the right to return your item within 30 days, regardless of the reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view, assess and/or try the item just as you do in the store unless stated otherwise. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the item came into your property when it has been received by you or your designated third party.
How long will it take to process my return?
They have from the moment of receipt fourteen working days to process the return. As soon as we have processed your return you will be informed by them by e-mail.
I returned my order, when do I receive my money?
From the moment they receive your order in their warehouse they have fourteen working days to process the return. Once they have processed the return, it may take up to five working days before you receive the purchase amount on your account or that your AKlarna invoice is adjusted.
