What is the return policy?
Bogs are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your purchase within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange provided the below Change of Mind conditions have been met:
* Exchange or refund is made within 30 days of delivery for online orders.
* is accompanied with satisfactory proof of purchase
* The product is in unworn/original condition, this includes original packaging (ie. Shoebox)
Their policy including the change of mind limits does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the New Zealand Consumer Law, regulations, or otherwise as required by law.
When will my order ship?
Orders will usually ship from their Australian distribution centre within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.
An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped and your funds are captured. If they do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with Australia Post and delivered by New Zealand Post within 7-10 business days, depending upon your location. This transit time is provided by Australia Post & cannot be guaranteed. They endeavour to deliver your goods as soon as possible, however, any unexpected delays incurred are out of their control. Please Note: Prices & Shipping Costs DO NOT include any relevant New Zealand Import duties and other customs charges that you may incur. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, they have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. They suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
