What are the shipping costs?
Bonusprint product prices don’t include shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and number of products you order. In the table below you can see all of their European shipping rates and estimated delivery times for the UK. They’ll show you the exact costs during the order process before you finalize your purchase.
My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
Bonusprint is very sorry to hear that your product has not yet arrived. There could be several different causes, like your order could have incurred a shipping delay or there is a mistake in the given address. If you have not received your order a week after dispatch, please reach out to their customer service team. They will find out what the problem is and offer you a fitting solution. Their apologies for any inconvenience.
How can I cancel my order?
The day after they receive the payment of your order, your photo product is put into production. If you wish to cancel your order, they recommend that you contact their customer service team right away, as the cancellation of the order depends on the status of your order. If the order has already been shipped, they, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel the order at that time.

Can you produce or ship my order with priority?
Unfortunately, Bonusprint cannot offer expedited production or shipping. Their production and shipping process is fully automated and therefore it is not possible to prioritize any individual orders.
