Do you offer free shipping?
For shipping within the USA (Hawaii and Alaska included) and Canada, they offer standard free shipping for orders of $35 USD or more. Please note that gift certificates do not count towards the $35 USD free shipping minimum.
How do I cancel my order?
First, find out the status of your order (see How do I view the status of my current or past orders for instructions) to see if we have already shipped your order out to you.
If your order is still being processed you can cancel your order by creating a Service Inquiry with our customer service team. Be sure to select the Cancel Order subject line option and please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason you would like to cancel the order and their customer service team will reply to your cancellation request. Unfortunately, if an order has already been shipped, they cannot complete the cancellation. In that event, you can contact them when the order is delivered to you to arrange for a Return Authorization Number.
How do I return an order?
All of their books have they Readers Too 110% Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, create a Service Inquiry with their customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to select the “Returns, Refunds or Replacements” subject line option. Please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason for your return. Their customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization Number and once they have received your return back at our facility a price adjustment/refund will be issued. They do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please note that their Scratch & Dent books are guaranteed to be structurally sound and entirely readable. However, due to nature and discounting of the Scratch & Dent products, returns are not accepted on the basis of minor cosmetic issues. Any sealed products (music CDs, audiobooks, videos, software, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened.
How do I track an order?
To track your current or past orders, go to My Account (located at the bottom of the homepage) and click on View Past Orders. This page will list all of the orders you have placed with them. The last column of the list will inform you of the order’s current status. If the order has shipped you may click on the status to view the tracking information regarding the order.
