All returns and exchanges are performed at the sole discretion ofBuyMobile and its nominated representatives. The decision on individual cases is at the discretion of BuyMobile and its nominated representatives and is final. Handsets returned to BuyMobile without an RMA code will be refused delivery by BuyMobile representatives and the sender will be responsible for all return postage. If the product is damaged upon receipt,BuyMobile will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
