Very sorry to hear this. Delivery time depends on where you are in the world. It’s unlikely your delivery will have been lost as CabinZero only use trackable delivery methods which are signed on delivery. Please get in touch and they will do their best to find out where your goods are. At the very least they can give you the tracking code and ask you to wait a little longer.
How do I receive the extended 25 years warranty?
This is easy. Just ‘like’ CabinZero on Facebook and continue to ‘like them’, within 30 days of purchase. This will automatically kick in the warranty extension. You must also keep your proof of purchase.
Do I get a refund if my cabin bag is too big for the airlines?
No, so sorry to tell you this. CabinZero don’t set the cabin-sized dimensions for airlines, unfortunately. They try to ensure they bags fit as many airlines as possible but the sad fact is that there will always be exceptions to the standard.
What if you received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, firstly CabinZero say a big ‘Sorry’. Someone must have been half asleep when they picked your order. Please let them know and they will deal with this, just contact them via their contact form or by email.
What id the return policy?
When you have received your order from CabinZero you have 30 days to get it back to them if you choose to return it. If it’s not what you expected, you can simply return it.
Unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item, the return postage must be paid by yourself.
