How can I pay for my order?
All invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms set forth in the applicable Order and/or Service Description, without setoff or deduction of any kind, other than portions of the invoice.

CacheFly allows up to three additional subaccounts to be created at no additional cost.
Does CacheFly support Dynamic Content?
In short, if it’s over HTTP, they support it. CacheFly will cache static content at all locations and proxy dynamic content. To clarify the difference; static content will physically be stored at the edge location for all future requests.
Why is my CacheFly waiting Time extremely long?
They are finding that the waiting time for CacheFly is extremely long. It’s as if, each time, the image has to be pulled via Reverse Proxy, but then isn’t stored there, as if it’s being pulled each time. The problem is probably that your origin header is sending both a set-cookie header, as well as a no-cache header, for your static objects. A solution would be to use Memcached to hold your sessions and turn off session stickiness on ELB.
How long does it take for changes or updates to files on the server to become live?
When using CacheFly‘s origin for your content, new files will be available at the delivery edge shortly after disconnecting from FTP. When updating previously cached objects (same filename), there will be a 2 - 5 minute delay after uploading as they will have to re-hash the new files and push them to the edge. In either case, when uploading files to them, there is no need to manually purge objects.
