No, Calming Blanket ships only in Australia and New Zealand.
Are refunds possible?
Yes, Calming Blanket have a 30-day refund policy. Please note that while some people have an immediate and positive response to weighted blankets, others do take time to get used to it. Calming Blanket suggest having faith in the widely used process of proprioceptive input simply look at their reviews to see the success rates.
If you have trialled the blanket for more than a few nights and find that it is simply not for you please contact their support team via the email at the bottom of this page. Please include why you are returning the blanket and include images (if applicable). Calming Blanket do does not resell used blankets. Your blanket will be processed or cleaned, and either donated to charity or given to friends/family. New Zealand customers will be required to pay the return shipping costs to Australia. Please consider that before selecting your weight.
Please note they will not be able to accept your return for refund if you are out of our 30-day trial period, regardless of the condition of your blanket. Calming Blanket believe 30-days to be a very fair amount of time in which to try their blanket and decide whether or not it works for you.
Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
If you went through their entire checkout process and confirmed order they may be unable to cancel it. This is due to their system immediately sending your order through to their fulfilment partner. This system allows for a very fast delivery service to their customers. However, if you do need to change or cancel an order please email them immediately with the subject line change or cancel and Calming Blanket will do their absolute best to carry out your request.
Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. Calming Blanket cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
What if I get a faulty product?
