Yes. Camille Jewelry ships internationally.
How can I track my ordre?
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number + order details (make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!).
What is your return policy?
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order. Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, with no damages. All sale and personalized pieces are final sales, non-exchangeable. Merchandise that is received with any damages may be returned to the customer without prior notice and may result in denial of return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Camille Jewelry will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
