Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, they now offer international shipping options to countries in America and Europe. Can products be exchanged?

How can I return an item?
To return an item, go to their return center. Once you are there:

*Please specify if you want them to send you the return label which you can stick and drop off the box at any Canada Post station. In this case, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
How soon will I receive my refund?

They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive store credit in your customer’s account within two weeks.
