Please contact them immediately with your name, order number, and what you’d like to change. Once your order starts processing, they can’t make any changes.

*For unopened items: They want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You can return any items within 30 days from the delivery date as long as it’s unopened and still in sellable condition for a full refund or exchange. When will my credit appear after I return an item?

Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1 business day to process. Their shipping time cut off is 12pm EST and we ship orders on business days only. An item is missing or damaged in my shipment?
Please first reconfirm the contents of your order by looking at your order confirmation email that they sent out.
