What is your shipping policy?
Club Ride attempts to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that their distribution centre can get backlogged during the holiday season and it could take longer.
What is your return policy?
You must return the item(s) within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date. Return items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags including Club Ride hangtags attached.
What is your refund policy?
Once they receive your return package, please allow fourteen (14) business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed or credited.

What is Club Ride warranty policy?
Club Ride stands behind their high-quality fabrics and construction to perform under normal and strenuous conditions. Club Ride product warranty extends for the life of the product for any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Failures due to accidents, wear and tear or improper care are not covered under their warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
