What is the payment method?
Columbia currently do not accept international credit cards or transactions. They only accept Australian credit card payments, PayPal and Afterpay.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
They work hard to process your order quickly and efficiently, so you receive your product as soon as possible. Orders cannot be interrupted once they have been placed.
If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place a separate order for the additional item. It will ship to you in separate packaging and will have its own unique order number and tracking link.
How do I return my items?
If you purchased in-store you will need to return the items back to a branded Columbia Sportswear store location. To check if there is a store in your area, click here.
If you purchased online you have options! The first option is to send your items back to their distribution directly. To begin your return, click here. The second option is to return to a branded store location. Make sure you bring your packing slip and original form of payment to the store with you. Please see the list below to determine if your order is eligible for an in-store return.
The following order types are not accepted as an in-store return:
* Orders purchased with Paypal
* Friends and Family orders
* Pro purchase orders
* Partner purchase orders

Can I exchange my items?
Their two-step return and reorder process takes the place of exchange policy, but don’t worry! It’s quick and easy! They offer free standard shipping on reorders that are not placed with additional discounts such as Friends and Family, Pro purchase, or Partner.
