What payment methods do you accept?
Consciously Connected Travel accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
What is your waitlist policy?
If the retreat is full, they can add your name to their waitlist upon request in writing, or advise of other available dates. If they are able to confirm your place on the retreat, they will contact you and full payment will be due immediately.
What is your flight ticketing policy?
Consciously Connected Travel extend the option to arrange and book your flights through the use of a Third Party Supplier. However, it is understood by the traveller that in the event of flight cancellation, delay or any flight-related problems, the traveller must raise this issue(s) directly with the flight ticket issuer and not Consciously Connected Travel. Consciously Connected Travel holds no responsibility for any and all flight-related problems which may arise. Consciously Connected Travel disclaims all warranties in connection with the tickets, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation description, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shalConsciously Connected Travel or any affiliate be liable for any exemplary, special, incidental or consequential damages to a customer. Consciously Connected Travel is not responsible for any schedule change. Consciously Connected Travel advise all travellers to have travel insurance to cover natural disasters, theft, airline delays and damage to the luggage.
What is your refund policy?
All cancellations must be received in writing. If the participant withdraws or transfers from the retreat, the following refund policy applies:
Days before departure date / Cancellation fee per participant
* 120+ days-£500
* 61 – 119 days-50% of trip price
* 0 – 60 days -100% of the trip price
What is your transfer policy?
If circumstances arise that require a transfer from the retreat on which you have a confirmed booking you will need to supply us with a request in writing. This option is limited to one transfer only (after this, the regular refund policy applies) and depends upon a case by case assessment of your situation. If there are no waitlisted participants to fill the space the regular refund policy applies to your transfer.
