How can I make changes to/cancel an order I just placed?
Orders are typically processed within 30 minutes of being received, so there’s a very small window in which to conduct any changes or process cancellation. Please have your order number available and call their customer service line at 1-877-283-3565 (available 9 AM-6 PM EST) to apply any changes to your order. Please note that if your order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to change or cancel the order.

How will I know my order is being processed?
A confirmation email will be provided shortly after they receive your order. When your order is being processed for shipping, CuffLinks.com will notify you via email and will provide a tracking number.
What is the CuffLinks.com return policy?
Return Policy - all SALE, special order, or personalized items are not subject to return or refund. All other items must be returned within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Additional details are below.
When will I receive my refund?
After a return has been received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. It may take up to 3-5 business days for this to reflect on your statement depending on your bank’s policies. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. If payment was processed via PayPal or Amazon Payments, they will process a refund back to your corresponding account. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
