What is the Dataquest payment method?

When does my subscription renew?
Dataquest is a recurring subscription service, so your plan will auto-renew monthly or annually based on the plan type.
What is pause and how does it work?
Dataquest understand that life can get busy, and you might not always have the time to study. Pauses allow you to postpone the renewal date of your plan after it expires so that you choose a more convenient time to pick back up where you left off. You can set it to re-start your plan in 1, 2, or 3 months. Additionally, you can initiate a Pause at any point in your current billing cycle. However, it would only take place at the end of your billing cycle.
If I cancel my annual subscription early, do I get a refund?
Annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled early. Although you can cancel at any time during the billing cycle, cancellations take place after the current billing period ends. Since you’re paying for the entire year in advance, they give significant discounts on their annual plans in exchange for your flexibility. Once payment has been made, you are committed to working through the course for the year.
Will you remind me when my subscription is about to unpause?
Yes!
A few days before your pause ends, they will send an email to remind you that your subscription is about to restart. You’ll have the choice to do nothing and let it restart, extend your pause, or cancel your subscription.
