Daylong accepts Credit Card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal.
Can I exchange items bought online?
Exchanges cannot be made for items purchased via our website. In this instance please place a new order online, returning the unwanted item for a credit. Please refer to their Returns Policy.
What is the return policy?
An item is only eligible for return if it is the same condition in which it was delivered. It is essential that you check your goods upon receipt to ensure they match the items that were ordered, as they are unable to accept returns after a period of 30 working days has elapsed. Due to health & hygiene reasons, they cannot accept exchanges or provide a refund if the item has been tried on or worn.
If a genuine mistake has been made in the dispatch of your goods and they are returned in the original packaging unworn, they will exchange your item or send a refund to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item to be returned is faulty, it must be returned within 180 days unless otherwise stated. If a product needs to be returned and is not faulty then it must be returned within the 30 working days. If the faulty item has been tried on or worn it must be laundered before returning.
They are unable to refund or replace until the original item has been received at their warehouse.
They cannot accept the return of any items which have been correctly dispensed as per any prescription received.
How long will it take for you to refund me?
Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for a refund to be completed.
Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
