What is the exchange policy?
All authorized returned merchandise is subject re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of DELL’OGLIO and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy
If the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection, the Client will receive a confirmation of the return from storeonline@delloglio.it.
If the Client requests a Size Change the exchange item will be sent to the Client free of charge.
If the Client requests a refund, the refund minus a return fee of €20,00 and any Import/Export Tax & Fees incurred will be processed as per the original payment method selected.
Generally, refunds processed via credit card will reappear in the Client’s card statement within ten working days, however, the exact time may depend from the credit card company to credit card company.
DELL’OGLIO reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. DELL’OGLIO will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. DELL’OGLIO reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
