How I can confirm my email address?
After registration they will send you a confirmation letter, so you could confirm your email address by clicking on the link. Please, use your personal email, not a fake one, in another way your account will not be activated.
Notice:
*Visit Doulike and in appeared confirmation pop-up check if you entered the correct email. If it’s not correct, click the “Change email” link to change your email
*The activation email will arrive in 5-10 minutes, if you do not have it in your incoming messages check the spam/junk folder. If it’s there, mark the email as “not junk” to be sure you will receive emails from DoULike
* Also you can confirm by clicking on the “Confirm with Facebook” button.
How can I cancel my account?
* Log into the desktop version of the site.
* In the top right corner click on your display name
* Choose ‘Settings’ section
* Choose ‘Account Cancellation’
* Click ‘Cancel Account’ button
After this nobody will see your photo and your account will be automatically deleted.
How can I upgrade?
You can see all the details about how to upgrade your membership on the Upgrade Membership page of your account. You can see the link “Upgrade membership” on the left side of the screen.
What subscription plans do you have on the website?
On their website we have the following subscription plans:
*1 month $19.95 /per month.
*3 months $14.95 /per month (Save 25%).
*6 months $9.95 /per month (Save 50%).
*Paying for 3 and 6 months you`ll be charged for the whole sum at once.
How can I pay?
You can pay by your Credit Card or use your PayPal account.
If you use Android or iOS apps you can pay via iTunes or Google Play.
If I want to cancel subscription what should I do?
To cancel your subscription:
*Click on your display name in the top right corner
*Choose ‘Settings’ section
*In the opened window choose ‘Star Membership cancellation’
*In opened window click on the link
*After that, you won’t be charged for another period and will be able to send messages till the end of the paid period. Then your account will be transformed into a free Basic-membership.
