What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
Drestige guarantee that all their items are checked by their quality control department before they are shipped. In the event that you receive a defective item, please send an email to servizioclienti@drestige.com specifying the order number and the item code and attaching photos (with the security thread visibly attached to the garment) through which they can analyze the defect. Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear, accidental or misuse, will not be considered defective.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, the unused item and again fitted with wire secureness entire can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods with return costs borne by Drestige.
