What is the payment method?
Equine Superstore accepts all major Credit/Debit cards and PayPal.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has left their warehouse they will send you a confirmation email which contains your tracking number to follow your parcels progress.
What is the return policy?
Customers may return any item within 14 working days for a full refund providing the goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and with original labels still attached where applicable. All returned packages must include a completed Equine Superstore Returns Form.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Please allow at least 7 working days for returns to be processed from receipt from Equine Superstore warehouse. Once they have processed your return you will receive an email confirmation from them.
Who will deliver the goods?
Equine Superstore use Parcel Force for all their deliveries, who provide quick and reliable service. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, Parcel Force will retry and if you are still not in they will deliver to your nearest Royal Mail Depot making it convenient for you to collect whenever suits you.
