All cancellation requests must be made by clicking the cancellation link found within the product details section of the client area. Please contact eUKhost‘s customer services team for more information. Cancellation requests will not be accepted by phone or live chat. 7 working days’ notice is required for all cancellation requests. A working day is classified as Monday - Friday excluding UK bank holidays.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed, the time for the funds to reach you is purely dependant on the payment type. Refunds will only be processed to the originating payment media (e.g. bank transfer, debit card, PayPal)
