Is EZCast safe?
Researchers have uncovered two critical vulnerabilities in the TV-streaming EZCast device that can lead to remote code execution, and point to more general weaknesses in the Internet of Things (IoT) security.
Does EZCast need wifi?
You do not need Internet connectivity to mirror your phone to the TV with EZCast. But they recommend connecting to a local Wi-Fi when streaming media to minimise cellular data costs.
What is the return/refund policy?
Please note that all returns shall meet the guidelines below.
* Most products can be returned to EZCast within 7 days after invoice. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment except for defective products.
* Once they receive the returned products, it will take 2-5 business days for the RMA to be processed and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
* For defective products, a replacement will be shipped out once the original product is confirmed faulty.
* Please be advised that an RMA cannot be issued and processed if it is man-made damage. Please contact their customer service for product inspection.
