How do you send my personalized jerseys?
Fcustom are proud to use UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT/USPS as their primary carrier. Their production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going.
How long will I get my custom jerseys?
Typically, it takes about 10 business days to prepare your order, and shipping time is 8-10 business days. If your order is more than 4 pieces, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.
How to track my order?
If you are a registered member of their website, you may track your order using the “Order Inquiry” link. Or, their Customer Service can help you track your order. And when they get the tracking number from the express company, they also can send it and the tracking link to track the parcel’s status.
How do I change my order or cancel my order?
Since your personalized jerseys are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send them an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and they will try to retrieve it back.
How do I return the items to your company?
Their personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to their Shipping&Returns Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact their customer service for return.
