Flex accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, American Express, Discover Card, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Flex do ship Internationally.
What are the delivery times?
Your order will ship within 3-4 business days of the purchase date! Delivery time will take 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Prior to shipment, you will receive a notification from their mail carrier with accurate tracking information. All orders with items on pre-order will ship the date of the product on pre-order. It is only a matter of time before your Flex products arrive.
*Please allow 10-15 business days for international shipments to arrive, customs charges and taxes are not included.
Can I cancel the order?
Flex cannot accommodate cancelation requests at this time. Once an order is placed through their website, their warehouse works efficiently to ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they are not able to cancel orders upon request due to this. Please make sure that any promo codes have been applied to your order before completing the checkout process, as the final price with the discount will be reflected before the check out process is completed. If there are any issues with your order, please contact their support team for further assistance. They are available via email Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
When will my refund process?
Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by Flex warehouse. Please allow 14 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed to the time the refunded amount appears on your credit card statement.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, or if your order is incorrect, please email [email protected]
and Flex customer service team will send you a return label to return the item(s) free of charge.
What is your return & exchange policy?
They Gladly Accept Returns & Exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Flex item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 7 days after delivery. Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock. Please confirm with [email protected]
before sending back your order for an exchange.
You will be required to pay for shipping back your Flex item(s) for any exchange or return for a refund. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
