Can I cancel my booking?
Rules and restrictions about refunds are specific to airlines and apply at all times. Some flights are eligible for a same-day cancellation, while other fares are non-refundable. If you cancel a non-refundable fare, you may be eligible for travel credit.

I canceled my booking the same day, will I see charges on my card?
When a booking is canceled the same day that it was made, funds are collected from your card. Any charges you see are pending for verification. These funds will be returned and will not appear as a refund. This process normally takes 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution procedures. Please note that some prepaid credit card companies will hold pending authorizations for up to 30 days.
When will I get my refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, FlightHub will immediately initiate the refund process. Once your refund is processed, your financial institution may take up to 7 days to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles to show the credit on your statement.
I missed my flight, what should I do?
If you missed your flight, contact your airline for further assistance. If something within your control causes you to miss your departing flight, the airline will automatically cancel your entire flight itinerary and the value of your tickets will be lost. If you were issued a multi-ticket booking, which is a roundtrip flight with 2 one-way fares, the airline might only cancel the initial segment of your flight which was missed. Cancellation policies are entirely governed by airlines; any comments, questions or concerns should be directed to them.
Can I print my e-ticket?
You can print a copy of your e-ticket through your booking page under “e-tickets” or through your confirmation email. Additionally, you can even share your itinerary by email through your booking page.
When can I check-in and check-out of the hotel?
Each hotel has a different check-in and check-out time. In general, you will be able to check-in during the afternoon and check-out in the morning. If the times offered by the hotel don’t line up with your flight itinerary, they recommend contacting them directly. Hotels are usually flexible with check-in and check-out times when requested.
How will I be charged for the hotel? Do I need to make a deposit?
Each hotel has its own accepted payment methods. Some establishments require you to pay upfront or only upon arrival. You can find the payment details in the room description, in the hotel policies, and in your confirmation email.
The majority of hotels allow you to make your payment with a different credit card or with cash. You can contact your hotel directly to confirm.
How can I cancel my car reservation?
Cancellation rules and regulations may vary depending on the car rental supplier. If you no longer wish to use a car, please contact your car rental supplier directly using the following steps.

When will my car rental be charged to my credit card? Do I need to make a deposit?
Because they partner with several different car rental suppliers, payment methods may vary. At most U.S. and Canadian locations, you may reserve and prepay towards your rental online with a credit or debit card. Or, if you prefer, you can pay in full when you return your car. Please note that even if you have prepaid, a credit card may still be requested upon arrival at the rental counter for vehicle pick-up. They would recommend confirming the details with your respective car rental supplier.
Can I cancel my insurance plan?
If you no longer wish to protect your trip, please contact their customer service department at 1-800-900-1431. They strongly recommend that you consult your insurance provider’s website for complete information on coverage and policies before purchase.
What does my insurance cover?
Through their partnership with CSA and Manulife, they are able to provide travelers with emergency medical and dental coverage, as well as protection in case of trip interruptions, cancellations, baggage delays, and travel delays. They also offer emergency assistance.
