FRANKiE4 accepts VISA, Mastercard, Afterpay and PayPal.
Can I track my order?
Yes, All domestic and international orders are sent via tracked postage. Your tracking number will be emailed to you via Australia Post once dispatched from their warehouse. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, please email their customer service team at info@frankie4.com.au.
What if my item is faulty?
If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, please send through some images of the area of concern to info@frankie4.com.au and their customer service team will assist.
How do I return an international order?
To return an international order, please make sure your purchase meets the return requirements outlined on their returns page here.
Please return all international orders to 260 Moggill Rd, Indooroopilly QLD 4068. Please keep in mind that international return postage is at the customer’s expense. They strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.
When will I receive my refund and store credit?
Once you have posted your return, they ask that you allow 3-5 business days for your return to arrive back with them (you will be able to track your return and see when it has arrived with them). Once delivered to their HQ, they ask that you allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. FRANKiE4 will send you an email once your refund or credit note has been issued.
