Can I Order By Post?
Yes, you can! Please send them a cheque made out to ‘FutureYou’ with clear instructions on which product(s) you would like to order and where you would like them sent to. Please remember there is no additional postage charge for UK orders.

How do I pay for subscriptions?
You can pay for your subscription using a debit or credit card. Purchases are processed using a Continuous Payment Authority; see below for further details. Unfortunately, they aren’t able to take cheques for subscription payments.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel an order you have recently placed, please get in touch with their customer services team by calling Freephone 0800 808 5740 or by emailing [email protected]
They will act as fast as they can to cancel your order and refund you the full cost. However, their team is very fast at processing orders and it could be that your order has progressed too far to be cancelled. In this case, if you return the unopened order to them they would be happy to process a full refund for you.

How Do I Return My Order?
If you have ordered directly from them and would like to return your order, you can do so by sending any unused packs in the original postal pack we sent the product in. Simply cross out your address on the front of the envelope and circle the return address which is also on the front in smaller letters.
If you do not have the original envelope please return your order to the following address:

Once they have received your order they will process a full refund, it should be in your account within 5-10 working days.
