What is the payment method?
Gant accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
Can I exchange the item?
They can only exchange items for the same style in a different colour or size. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, please return it for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement after the receipt of goods at their warehouse. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. Contact your card issuer for further details.
What is your return policy?
They accept returns on most purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days for full price items and 14 days for reduced price or sale items (beginning on the day after you received the products).
Please ensure that all items are returned in the condition in which they were sold. A return can only be accepted if the products are not used and returned to them in their original condition and packaging. You must not remove any of the security or other tags from the product. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care.
Will Click and Collect service be offered again?
Yes with the exception of their Edinburgh and Glasgow stores which are not currently open, from 15th June this will be turned back on for all stores.
How do I place an order?
Select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred colour and size, and then select add to bag. Once you have finished shopping, select the checkout option in the cart and follow the steps to purchase your item(s).
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, please call their customer services on 0800 011 9097 to place an order for an item/s you have seen online, alternatively, if you would like to place an order from store stock please call the relevant store, contact details can be found here.
