What is the refund/return policy?

GiftBasket.com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order please contact their customer service department immediately. Please contact their office within 5 days of receipt to ensure a prompt exchange or refund. You may return, new, unopened items sold and made by GiftBasket.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. This must be returned within a 10 day period. Once an item has been returned a full refund will be issued. Ship Tx Fee is the handling charge. All Gifts and Gift baskets shipped from their facility will arrive with exact or similar contents as seen in their on-line photos and descriptions. In the rare case that a particular item is out of stock, they will replace it with one of equal or greater value at their discretion with no additional charge. Fruit baskets may vary from their original on-line presentation and description due to location and availability. They reserve the right to substitute fruit of like appearance and value.
