How Do I Activate My Premium Package?
To activate your Premium account, just log in to Ginger using the email address used in the purchasing process.
To do that, please follow these steps:
If you have already installed Ginger, you can skip this part!
*Download Ginger from their homepage (www.gingersoftware.com)
*Run the file.
*Follow the instructions in order to install Ginger.
In order to log in, please click on Ginger’s system tray icon or desktop link and choose ‘Login’ in the log-in window (www.gingersoftware.com/thank_you)
After doing so, your account will be upgraded.
Is Ginger Grammar Checker Free?
Ginger is available as Freemium software, free users can enjoy Ginger for free up to a certain weekly limit. Once the weekly limit is reached, Ginger will still display corrections for misspelled words but you have to manually enter the corrected word. After a week, the capacity is reloaded and you can enjoy Ginger’s corrections again until the capacity has been used up again.
Why Am I Required To Register For Ginger?

When you register you create your personal profile in Ginger, registering lets them provide you with a number of advanced features that require identification by their system. For example Personal Dictionary, Personal Trainer, Ginger updates, and the latest news from Ginger.
How can I cancel the subscription?
You may cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to your Ginger premium account through the end of your billing period. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. To cancel your subscription please use the ‘Contact us’ form to request your cancellation.

If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period and be downgraded to a free account.
