How do I track my order?
You have been emailed a link to track your order. You will be given regular updates on the progress of your order. Some international items will not have tracking numbers because they manufacturers offer you the most affordable way of getting your order direct to your door. What happens if my purchase doe not arrive or is lost?
Goo & Co have no control over an item once it leaves the suppliers warehouse. Goo & Co will make every effort to locate your product and get it to you as soon as possible. If we can not locate your product within their delivery time they can potentially refund you.
What types of payments do you accept?
Goo & Co accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL or AFTERPAY.
What happens with faulty items?
Goo & Co pride themselves in providing their customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, they will help resolve the problem asap. Please provide a photo or two showing the defect, which will speed up the returns process. Goo & Co do not refund for change of mind.
